Engineering

There are many different types of engineers, all of which have a different specialty and working environment. The many different fields of engineering include, but are not limited to, technology engineering, civil engineering, aeronautical engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, nuclear engineering and automotive engineering.

In a world full of things, there has to be someone out there who makes stuff. To say it in the simplest way, this is what engineers do. Basically, engineers are problem-solvers. They put scientific knowledge to practical use, applying science and math to solve problems creatively. There are many different types of engineers, all of which have a different specialty and working environment. Some work in laboratories, industrial plants, or construction sites where they inspect, supervise or solve on-site problems. Others work in an office most of the time, and a few travel to plants or construction sites. The many different fields of engineering include, but are not limited to, technology engineering, civil engineering, aeronautical engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, nuclear engineering and automotive engineering. For the person who likes to figure out how things work, and likes to find out ways to make things work better, engineering has a wide number of options.
